Using instruction

1. Place mouth guard in hot water for 13 seconds(11 seconds if you wear braces).Carefully place mouth guard around all upper teeth.Bite down firmly. Use fingers to press mouth guard tight against your gums.
2. Rinse under cold water for seconds to set.
3. If you do not get a proper fit the first time,repeat procedure.
4. To remove excess material that casues discomfort,you can trum your mouth guard with a small scissors.

Sports without mouth guard may cause a variety of injury,such as cracked teeth, broken teeth,fracture crown and bridge restorations, lips and cheek injury, damage the teeth root, jaw fracture, and even concussion. Each player faces the risk of dental injury, but these kinds of injury can be prevented by using mouth guard.
